	Budapest, Hungary, the apartment in on the Pest side. This flat is strictly non-smoking.
	The flat is situated in the 'Pest' quarter of Budapest. The metro station 'Blaha Ljuza' is a 10 minute walk from the flat. The tram lines 4 and 6, Rakoczi Tér station, is a 5 minute walk. The tram can also take you to the metro station. There will soon be a new station on the metro line 4 from this square.
	This new build block was completed in 2007. The apartment is on the 4th floor. Access to the building is by key or coded entry, with an interphone. Centrally heated and air conditioned.
